Materials depicting nudity, scantily-clad figures, or explicit or provocative poses are not allowed to be displayed.
No depictions, symbols or words that provoke racism, hatred or negativity are allowed.
Moving from home to home
Upon entering the Fresh Start Recovery Coalition you will be placed in a home. At times, it may be necessary to move you to another home. Fresh Start Recovery Coalition reserves the right to move you at any time. We will attempt to give you a 24-hour notice before being moved.
Moving from bed to bed
You will be assigned a bed, and you cannot move to another bed without prior approval from the Programs and Housing Director/Coordinator. Fresh Start Recovery Coalition reserves the right to move your bed at any time. We will attempt to give you a 24-hour notice before being moved.
Drug and alcohol testing
As a family member of Fresh Start Recovery Coalition, you agree to submit to a minimum of three supervised urines per week in addition to any random drug/alcohol urinalysis screenings. We will conduct these screenings throughout your stay, at any time of the day or night. A male will supervise the male urines, and a female will supervise the female urines.
You should immediately report to your House Leader, Programs and Housing Coordinator, or to a Director any knowledge or suspicions of any use of drugs or alcohol by a family member. Keeping your home safe and doing what is right for yourself and your recovery is a part of being a family member.
Fees
Fresh Start Recovery Coalition's homes are working homes where everyone works, seeks employment, or volunteers. You must have an income to pay your fees. You must pay your fees at FSRC office location by 7PM each Friday by money order or certified check only . Late fee of $20/day will be assessed if fee payments are not received by 7PM each Friday without any prior arrangements with the Finance Director.
Program Fee: the program fee is $580.00 every four weeks.
Air Conditioner Fee: Each person in the room is responsible for a $5.00 fee to have an air conditioner in the room during summer time. This is a non-refundable fee to help supplement the high cost of electricity.

If you are working you must provide the Fresh Start Recovery Coalition corporate office with a pay stub or letter of employment from your employer to verify your employment and when and if necessary you also will be required to provide a work schedule. If you do not have a job or you are unable to work you must provide proof to the Fresh Start Recovery Coalition Corporate office that you participate in a day program, are in school or volunteer. All other Family Members are required to report to the Corporate Office of Fresh Start Recovery Coalition daily Mon- Friday at 11:30 am without exception for job Search or provide the corporate office with an itinerary of your activities for the day. Sleeping in during the day during the week, unless you work nights, it is your day off from Volunteering, A Day program, School or Work is not allowed. IF you cannot work, go to school, volunteer, look for a job or participate in a day program because you are ill and need to be home for more than a day you are required to provide a doctor's note to the Fresh Start Recovery Coalition corporate office stating the nature of the illness and the length of time you will be unable to work, go to school, volunteer, look for a job or participate in a day program.
It is important that you be proactive in the rebuilding of your life during the week, unless you work nights, it is your day off from Volunteering, A Day program, School or Work, you must leave home by 11:00 AM and you may return only after 4:00 PM .
Chores
All Family Members will receive a weekly chore. You must do your assigned chore by 10pm each day.
Failure to do your chore will result in the following :
1 st offense your curfew will be reduced to 10:30pm for one week
2 nd offense your curfew will be reduced to 10:30pm for two weeks and you will have no over nights for two weeks
3 rd offense your curfew will be reduced to 10:30pm for 30 days and you will have no over nights for 30 days
4 th offense you will be discharged
Chores are inclusive of making up your bed each day and keeping your room area clean and orderly
You must have someone cover your chore if you stay out. Check the chore list each day, as changes may occur. All family members must attend the monthly Full House cleaning!
Not doing your chore is grounds for being asked to leave the family at any point during the disciplinary period
Curfews
All Family Members are required to be home by 12AM Sunday through Thursday and by 1:30AM Friday and Saturday . No one can leave home after curfew.
Overnights
There are no overnights for the first 14 days, after 14 days you are allowed one overnight within a seven day period, after 30 Days, you are allowed two overnights within a seven day period. After three months, you are allowed three overnights within a seven day period. All overnights must be taken within a seven day period and cannot overlap into a new week (Saturday through Friday). This means you cannot take a Friday and Saturday overnights. You must be home either Friday or Saturday of each week. Anyone wishing to take a Friday and Saturday overnights must ask for permission from the Programs and Housing Director/Coordinator. Please note that no one will be given permission to take a Friday and Saturday overnights within the first 30 Days.
Note: When you take an overnight you must have someone cover your house chores.
If you stay out, you must call the OFFICE by 11:00 PM for each night out, and you must write your name and check off the nights you will stay out on the “Not Coming Home” log posted in your home. When you call the office, you are required to state your name, your house (street name is okay), and the night you are staying out.
NOTE:
You are not allowed to take overnights unless have paid your fees or have gotten approval from the Finance/Operation Director. Overnights are a privilege given for being incompliance with all the FSRC Family of Choice Rules. If you do not pay your fees prior to Taking an Overnight or get permission from the Director of Finance/Operation you will be subject to discharge.
